Vertical Packing

When it comes to Packing, we lead the way with its high-speed, accurate ABISL PACKING. Designed especially for the ALL Industry, ABISL PACKING is a food Packing machine that offers quick and easy tool-less changeover of size parts resulting in minimum product falling height.

It packs a wide variety of snacks and similar food products in pouch formats such as the CSPP, Gusset with D-cut and Gusset. The perforation system makes it possible to produce chain of small pouches. ABISL PACKING has HACCP & GMP compatible construction.

Horizontal Packing

In case of Horizontal Form Fill Seal Machines, the machine operation is Intermittent. Plastic Laminated Film is drawn off a supply reel by a pair of rollers. The Reel passes over a folding plough which folds it into half.

Each Pouch gets separated from the web by a cutter and is transferred to the Rotary Turret. Each Pouch is held by a pair of Grippers while being passed from station to station which comprises of Pouch opening, Product Filling, Final Top Sealing & then Discharge onto the conveyor for product boxing and shipping processes.
